These Terms & Conditions apply to the TEREAU website and purchases made through tereau.com. Additional policies — including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, and Payment Methods pages — form part of your agreement with us. Orders placed on TikTok Shop may also be subject to TikTok’s platform terms.

Pricing & promotions

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated. Taxes, duties, or import fees may apply depending on your destination and are your responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise. Promotional codes and offers are subject to their stated rules, may not be combined unless noted, and can be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Orders & acceptance

• Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items in your cart
• We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions
• If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item(s)
• An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance until the order is processed and shipped

Payment

Payment is due at checkout through the methods shown on our Payment Methods page. By placing an order, you authorize the charge for the total amount due, including any applicable shipping. Orders are generally processed after payment is successfully authorized.

Shipping & delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Orders over $100 typically qualify for free worldwide shipping; other orders are charged shipping as shown at checkout. Processing usually takes 1–4 business days before shipment. Website orders are fulfilled with carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS; TikTok Shop orders follow TikTok’s delivery network.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you when the package is delivered to the address you provided (or according to carrier rules for your destination). Please ensure your shipping details are complete and correct.

Returns & refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. Personalized, final-sale, worn, or damaged items may not be returnable. Intellectual property

All content on tereau.com — including product photography, graphics, logos, text, and design — is owned by TEREAU or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with site security or performance, scraping content in bulk, submitting false information, or using the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Third-party links & platforms

Our site may link to social platforms, payment tools, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Shopping through TikTok Shop is also subject to TikTok’s terms in addition to applicable TEREAU policies.

We provide the website and products with reasonable care, but except where required by law we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, or that product colors and finishes will match every screen display exactly. Jewelry is decorative and should be worn and cared for appropriately; please follow our care guidance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEREAU is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any purchase. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity
