Processing & shipping time

After your order is placed, we prepare and pack it in our studio before handing it to the carrier. Most orders ship within 1–4 business days.

Smaller, ready-to-ship orders are usually processed faster
Larger multi-item orders may take longer to pick, check, and pack
Customized or made-to-order pieces may need the full processing window

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your package has left our studio. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Once your order has shipped, transit time depends on your destination and the carrier assigned to your package.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment
Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS international express

Orders placed through our TikTok Shop follow TikTok delivery

Website orders are fulfilled with DHL, FedEx, or UPS international express. TikTok Shop orders are fulfilled through TikTok’s delivery network. Delivery estimates begin after shipment; weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Order tracking

For website orders, we’ll email a DHL, FedEx, or UPS tracking link to the address used at checkout. You can also find tracking in your account under order history. For TikTok Shop orders, tracking updates are available in your TikTok order details.

Duties & taxes

U.S. orders include applicable sales tax where required. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love every piece. Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Undeliverable packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Packages returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address may require an additional shipping fee to reship.
